Mark John Reynolds, an eternal optimist, passed on January 7th surrounded by family, after a battle with cancer. Mark was raised in Watchung, New Jersey, the 7th of ten children to the late Richard (Gerda) and Patricia Reynolds. Mark deeply loved his family and retelling his hitchhiking, oil rig, and cranberry bog adventures to anyone who would listen. A natural helper, Mark was always using his numerous and eclectic skills in service of others. He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Geralyn Haggerty, his three children, Clara, Frankie (Liz Weck), and Ryan, his grandson Hank, and his four living siblings Susan, Dan, Tom and Tim. Mark's funeral mass will be Saturday January 13th, at 10am at St. Benedict's Parish, 2215 W Irving Park followed by a luncheon for family and friends at O'Donovan's Pub & Restaurant.
