Kathleen "Kelley" Halper nee Matthews, age 75, fought cancer for five years, but left for a better life on June 12, 2022. Kelley is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Edward J. Halper;  three beloved children, Mark, Matthew (Patricia), and Meghan McInerny (Paul "Macca"); ten adored grandchildren, Amy Leach (Zach), Jacob (Kayla), Ann Marie, Joseph, Matthew, Caitlin, Connor, Logan, Riley, and Astrid; her siblings, Robert W. Matthews, Jr. (Patricia), John "Jack" Matthews (Sue Bruney), Margaret "Peggy" Galus (Andrew); her sister-in-law Dolores Tichenor, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
