Christine G Ficht, 64, passed away on September 12, 2017 at her home in Chicago, IL. She is survived by her beloved husband Charles of 30 years; fond cousin of Bob (Janice) Sarbinski, Heather (Bob) Witt, Carrie (Dominick) Pulli and Al (Pat) Sarbinski; loving sister-in-law of Carol (Mike) Allen, Bob (Pat), Dawn, Marianne (Frank) Lascio, Jeff , Linda Ramos, Jody (Reyna), Amy, Cindy (Tom) Pullin and Jennifer; cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Lorraine Gajewski. After graduating DePaul University, Christine became a teacher for the Catholic School System where she worked for seven years. She followed this up by becoming a social worker for Catholic Charities working with the Department on Aging where she helped thousands of seniors over a 34 year career, retiring in 2016.
