BLANCA MARINO
March 6, 1932-Sept. 20, 2018

Our beloved mother, Blanca T. Marino, has left us to join our father Antonio Marino and her parents, Porfirio and Blanca Tenorio.

Blanca was above all a fearless loyal mother to: Giovanna Marino Gorczyca (Jim); Gina Marino Kalish (Andy); and Roxanna Marino Knapp (Bruce). She was the very proud grandmother of Rio Kalish, Reed Knapp, Michael Knapp, and her furry granddaughter, Foxy.

Blanca had a magnificent sense of wonderment with Paris Cafes and all things French. She had a flawless sense of style, and always dressed impeccably. She was highly cultured and an avid reader that was not above enjoying the Trilogy: 50 Shades of Grey.

As Blanca reached her 80's, she learned how to knit. She made some wonderful friends and some beautiful knits. (Thank you for the beautiful blankets and scarf sets mom!) Blanca cherished her life long friends and never missed an opportunity to spend time with them.

She was kind, extremely thoughtful, and considerate. She never missed sending a card on a special occasion or giving you a call. She put others before herself and always gave more than was asked of her.

Blanca enriched our lives in many ways. We will miss her everyday but rejoice in all the happy memories we have of her and with her.
